We are pleased to offer our patients our Curator and Conservator membership plans. Our annual plans are simple to understand and are designed to provide our patients two options - for those who value simplicity, and those who value completeness.

All members access a suite of dental benefits unmatched by commercial plans: unlimited emergency visits with x-rays, CBCT, near-infrared diagnostic imaging - at exceptionally high treatment standards. Members also access promotions on all treatments, including whitening and cosmetic veneers, that would otherwise not be eligible under commercial plans. All prescribed treatments are discounted by 15% for our members. We look forward to providing you with an exclusive dental experience!*

Arbor Conservator Plan

The Conservator plan is designed for patients who are looking for well-rounded general dental wellness and routine comprehensive dentistry experiences. Conservator members access care overseen by the Senior Associate, Dr. Richa Panara, and benefit from the collective dental wisdom of the Arbor clinical team.

Conservator members receive two comprehensive check-ups and dental cleanings per year in addition to a host of other amazing benefits listed below.

Arbor Curator Plan

The Curator plan is our flagship "private client" experience, with all appointments exclusively curated and directed by Dr. Steven Lin for a complete Arbor Experience. The Curator plan is designed for members to benefit from Dr. Lin's expertise in highly discerning cosmetic or full-mouth reconstructive dental needs, collaborative medical-dental care, highly personalized care coordination, and specialized dental consultations such as dental implants and periodontic regeneration.

In addition to two comprehensive check-ups and dental cleanings per year, Curator members access two additional supplemental dental cleanings per year with select privileges listed below and previewing some of the most cutting edge technology in dentistry. Read below to learn more!

Primary Dental Wellness Visits

A new patient experience starts with digital x-rays, CBCT, near-infrared diagnosis, thorough dental cleaning, and fluoride varnish application as part of our complete standard of care. Every 6 months for returning wellness dental cleaning visits, members are able to have any and all repeat dental images taken complimentary as part of upholding our standard.

Curator members have a further enhanced wellness experience with Fluorescence Enhanced Theragnosis delivered exclusively by Dr. Lin.

Supplemental Dental Wellness Visits

Additional dental cleanings performed in between primary wellness visits are considered supplemental visits. For patients who are being treated for periodontal (gum and bone) disease, additional dental cleanings (termed "periodontal maintenance") is a commonly accepted medical standard.

Conservator members receive a 15% discount on these visits.

Curator members receive two included supplemental visits annually and may access one of the following benefits during each supplemental wellness visit from Dr. Lin:

- Saliva Testing for Bacteria Analysis
- Laser Bacterial Reduction using Diode Laser

Cosmetic Smile Design Consultation

Dr. Lin offers Curator members with premium biometric smile design simulations for cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, as well as to help patients preview of what's to come if they embark on this transformative journey. Following this appointment, Curator members may then "test drive" a new smile for a stunning, immersive experience.

Fluorescence-guided dentistry via patented REVEAL loupes/light system is exclusively delivered by Dr. Lin at Arbor.

Digital Bite Topography
TMJ/Occlusion Consultation

Curator members can have their entire 3D bite "mapped out" by Dr. Lin using the OccluSense by Bausch electronic pressure sensor. This is a cutting-edge technology providing Curator members with insights into reducing bite and jaw strain from a cutting-edge, data-driven approach to TMJ and occlusion therapy.

Saliva Testing for Bacteria Analysis

A saliva swab can analyze of 10+ pathogens that contribute to gum and bone inflammation to provide further custom recommendations. This is particularly helpful for patients who affected by periodontal (gum and bone) disease, and are looking for solutions to regenerate their gum/bone attachment.

COMPLIMENTARY

Laser Bacterial Reduction using
Diode Laser

Curator members receive an advanced disinfection protocol during supplemental cleanings. A ~810 nm wavelength diode laser is used to disinfect the oral cavity and promote healing during a dental cleaning via a technique known as photobiomodulation. Laser treatment performed by Dr. Lin is completed safely in accordance with all laser safety protocols advised by the Academy of Laser Dentistry.

Nano-Hydroxyapatite Varnish

Fluoride varnish will always be included at every dental cleaning as part of our standard of care. Nano-hydroxyapatite (an experimental compound) for enamel regeneration is an optional benefit for those seeking a natural, science-forward alternative.

*Each plan is a minimum 12-month commitment with annual renewals. Each plan allows for options of monthly contributions or annual contribution. Members who select annual contribution receive the equivalent of 2 months complimentary each year.
